Why should I choose a Desktop (PC) over a Laptop?
If you want a computer with a lot of versatility, a Desktop PC is for you. Desktops can store huge files and run games with dedicated high-quality graphics easily. Desktops can also be customized to fit your needs. You can literally change every part of a desktop to fit your needs: CPU, GPU, RAM, Storage Drives, Case, Power Supply, etc. Laptops, although mobile, do not allow for as much customization and are not as upgradable. A desktop computer can consistently perform and last a very long time, especially when being well maintained.
When will I receive my PC?
As soon as payment is received in full, the procurement of your specific parts begins. This process can take anywhere from 1 - 21 days (if some parts need to be delivered or are back-ordered). Upon acquiring all parts, typical build, test, and update time takes up to 24-72 hours.
How can I pay for my PC?
Halliman PC Company accepts Cash, Zelle, and Venmo for in-person/local purchases. For online purchases, you can checkout using credit/debit or PayPal.

Is financing available?
Financing is available via Affirm, PayPal Credit, and SplitIt! If you would like to finance via Affirm, call or text and I will post a custom listing that reflects your custom PC build with Affirm financing!
Halliman PC Company is in no way associated with PayPal, SplitIt, or Affirm, but we do recommend them as a legitimate option for financing your purchase. Approval is subject to a credit check and there is no promise that you will be approved.

How is the "sales tax" calculated at checkout?
Halliman PC Company prides itself on being 100% transparent and upfront with clients. The sales tax you see in your cart at checkout will say $0 because all fees and sales tax have already been calculated into the PC build. What does this mean? A PC purchased at $1750 will have a breakdown as follows: PC Parts Pre-Tax ($1275) + Build Fee ($250) + Sales Tax & Card Processing Fee ($225) = $1750. Remember, sales tax is a thing that has to be paid and always has to be factored in. In some instances, Halliman PC Company may offer a "discount" which in reality is the Build Fee being reduced to put more toward your parts, regardless, the final price ends up the same: PC Parts Pre-Tax ($1325) + Build Fee ($200) + Sales Tax & Card Processing Fee ($225) = $1750.
I need my computer shipped, how does that process work?
At the moment, Halliman PC Company does not officially offer shipping. If you need your PC shipped, please call or text as it can be done, but it is not definite. Shipping computers can be very risky and costs a premium.

Local pickup is also offered as well as dropoff/setup for a fee.
Is my computer under warranty?
Every computer from Halliman PC Company comes with a 12-month labor warranty. The parts within the computer come with their own manufacturer’s warranty and some extended warranties can be purchased. This Warranty does not cover damage or defects that include but are not limited to, normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, problems with electrical power, or failure to perform preventive maintenance (ex: dust accumulation). This Warranty offers free technical service for all hardware components installed in the PC by Halliman PC Company and does not cover software or any additional parts. In the event that the client fails to follow the instructions resulting in damage to the components, Halliman PC Company is not obligated to fulfill this Warranty. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
